We scheduled 80 meetings with targeted leads in 3 months for a business club in Portugal, and in the first month we made 5 sales

The Young Business Club is an international business club that brings together young and ambitious entrepreneurs from different countries for networking, development, and experience exchange. The club organizes both private events for members and open events for a wider business audience.
The client needed to ensure a steady flow of new club members and guests of open events that meet the specified profile of the entrepreneur.
We implemented a full-fledged campaign through LinkedIn outreach, focusing on the owners and managers of companies that fit the portrait of the club's target audience. The communication was structured in such a way as to generate interest in business networking, invite them to open events, and encourage them to join the club. As a result, we managed to form a stable channel for attracting new leads.
At the beginning, it was difficult to build trust in the club format, especially among entrepreneurs who do not live in the region where the events are held or have not heard of YBC before. Also, some of the target audience needed clear answers to objections such as “how is this club different from others” and “what are the practical benefits of participation”. This was solved by elaborating answers to common objections and adapting messages to specific segments of the target audience.
During the first three months, we attracted 80 leads - interested entrepreneurs who applied for participation in the club's events or considered joining the community. In the first month, we attracted 22 leads that brought 5 sales to the business club.
