Who is our client?

One of the largest Ukrainian elevator manufacturer that actively cooperates with government support programs and provides cashback to developers for the installation of domestic equipment. The company focuses on both new construction and modernization of the old housing stock.

What was the request?

The main task was to find companies that are currently requesting elevators for new buildings, projects that are being prepared for implementation, or are planning to replace existing elevators in already built facilities.

How did we fulfill the request?

We analyzed the Ukrainian real estate and construction market, formed a database of more than 500 companies that develop apartment buildings or have residential complexes in their portfolio. Next, we conducted LinkedIn outreach, targeting engineers, project managers, and procurement officers. The communication was built around the topic of local production, the benefits of state cashback, and the fast production time of elevators.

What were the challenges we faced?

One of the indirect difficulties was the fragmentation of the development market - some companies did not have public representation or used third-party project teams to implement construction, which made it difficult to identify LPRs. Also, some developers had long-term contracts with suppliers from abroad, which required the preparation of comparative arguments for changing suppliers.

Results of cooperation

In the first two weeks, the outreach managed to get in touch with three companies that were already looking for elevators for their facilities and were open to negotiations on cooperation with the client.
