The client needed to form a constant stream of interested leads with which to plan campaigns in advance, as well as to strengthen their presence among their target audience in the Ukrainian and European markets.
We started by dividing the country into two regions - Ukraine and Europe. For each region, we segmented the target audience into four key groups and selected relevant cases for each. Communication was built through personalized messages that took into account the typical pains of each segment. At the same time, we launched targeted advertising to increase brand awareness. Contacts with key decision makers were processed through a four-stage interaction with a focus on building trust and understanding their current marketing request.
There are powerful competitors with strong brands in the market. The main task was to rebuild trust in the agency as a flexible and strategic partner. This challenge was overcome through deep personalization, adaptation of cases to the client's needs, and building a full-fledged funnel with lead heating to dialog.
During the first two months of the campaign, we collected a database of 17 companies that confirmed their interest in cooperation and entered into a dialogue on planning marketing activities.
