
Organized 5 meetings with foreign game-dev studios in the first month of cooperation

Ukrainian AAA studio that develops both custom and in-house game projects. The team has experience in creating high-quality content focused on the global market.
The client needed to find American publishers with budgets for publishing ready-made games or projects under active development. The main goal was to attract partners to scale distribution and financing.
We used LinkedIn outreach to build personalized communication with the key account executives of international companies working with large-scale products, including flagship projects such as Fortnite. Each message was adapted to the interests of a particular publisher, taking into account its portfolio. Additionally, technical profile warming was carried out to increase trust and conversion from messages.
Due to the market downturn and the large number of studios looking for publishers at the same time, competition was extremely high. The number of potential partners with relevant budgets was limited. Therefore, the key to a breakthrough was the most accurate personalized positioning: we selected cases relevant to each publisher, emphasizing AlphaNova's strengths in accordance with their expectations.
Within 2.5 months, we managed to enter into a direct dialogue with 5 US publishers who were at the stage of reviewing AlphaNova's current projects and confirmed their interest.
