Find a way to attract customers and IT development as quickly as possible with minimal investment. The company needed a boost for development and was limited in resources. In the course of communication with Prok Tech Grade Agency, they prioritized attracting partners and getting leads from them.
At the time of the start of cooperation, Grade Agency did not have its own partner manager, but had a strong development team. We had a clear task: to attract the first client as soon as possible with limited investments. First, we identified the category of partners that could most often recommend Grade Agency to their clients. Next, we selected companies according to certain criteria using LinkedIn, web search, and Instagram. After that, we formed a partnership offer for Grade Agency and started looking for partnerships and developing relationships with them
The challenge in this project was the client's industry. IT service companies are one of the most difficult areas to promote due to the high level of competition and few differences between market players. In order for the client to turn to Grade Agency, it was necessary to build trust. And it was the partners who were able to create the necessary trust and help us realize the request.
During the first month, we attracted 25 partners for Grade Agency and then shifted our focus to developing these partnerships. We quickly started receiving requests from partners for websites and web platforms of existing partners' clients. Our partner manager encouraged partners to pass on requests, and as a result, we attracted our first client for web development on the 5th week of cooperation (yes, this is astronomically fast for IT service companies). This helped Grade Agency get resources for faster development and discover a new effective traffic channel - partnerships.
