Attracted 25 warm leads for real estate investments in Thailand and Bali in 2 months

Asia Sale is a construction company from Thailand that specializes in the design and implementation of private villas in the premium segment.
The client asked us to find international realtors and agencies that are interested in partnering on a percentage of sales. The main goal was to build a network of representatives abroad who could promote their properties in their home countries.
We focused on finding agents and real estate companies that have a focus on Thailand or work with premium real estate. Campaigns were launched in countries such as England, France, Israel, Singapore, China and Thailand. The main focus was on those agency representatives who have an influence on decision-making on new partnerships or manage the Thailand destination.
One of the key challenges was the long cycle of information transfer within large agencies - when a message got to the wrong person, it simply did not reach the head of the right department. We quickly adapted the approach and focused outreach on the heads of departments or sales departments who have decision-making authority and better understand the value of such a partnership in their region.
During the two months of the campaign, we attracted 25 warm contacts - representatives of agencies who expressed interest in discussing the terms of cooperation with Asia Sale on the sale of villas in Thailand.
