3 sales in 3 days: tickets to a charity event in Europe from the Repower Foundation

REPOWER is a Ukrainian charitable foundation founded to support military medics working in combat conditions. Repower is the only project in Ukraine that focuses exclusively on the psychological recovery of active military medics. They work with the most vulnerable category of military personnel - those who save lives, face suffering and loss every day. This exhausts them and often leads to severe psychological disorders. Repower focuses on preventive support to keep our people safe and give them the strength to continue their service.
Repower approached us with a request to help sell tickets to a charity event in the EU to raise funds to support combat medics. The event was coming up soon, so we had to quickly address this request.
We immediately decided that we would work exclusively on a charitable basis and cover all the costs associated with the promotion. To implement the project, we first held a kickoff meeting, after which we identified the target audience and the message we would address it with. After that, the project team selected the target audience and, on behalf of the foundation's representative, communicated with them and arranged for ticket sales.
The main difficulty was that our team was fully loaded and we had a queue of clients. We held an internal meeting with the team and determined who would be able to take on an additional project outside of working hours. Several team members wanted to take on this project at once, so we assembled a project team. This was due to the limited time left before the event. We did some of the work on the weekend in our personal time, so we were able to cope and successfully sell tickets.
As a result, in the first 3 days of the promotion, we managed to sell tickets for 900 euros and additionally gather a base of people who wanted to attend the following events.
